Aleppo Za’atar Crispy Chickpeas
1 can chickpeas, drained and pat dry
1 tb olive oil
1 1/2 tsp aleppo pepper
2 tsp za’atar
kosher salt, to taste
Roasted Eggplant Yogurt Dip

1 1/2 c plain greek yogurt
2 tb extra virgin olive oil
2 tsp honey
2 garlic cloves
zest of a lemon
2-3 tb freshly squeezed lemon juice
1 tsp ground cumin
kosher salt, to taste
